MSGIDSec !!
why do it twice ? if someone replies to a MSGIDSec signed message V2 will
pass the mail.

Assp 2.x is missing those nice options from assp 1.x:
NotSpamTag 'If an incoming email matches this text string it will be
considered not-spam. This can be used in SpamError to ask for
resending the mail with this text in the subject.
NotSpamTagRandom ASSP will use MSGIDSec to make
a NotSpamTag. This will change daily. The last 10 days will be saved.
Why? Quite big step back. It allowed sender to retry with tag appended
to subject and only when recipient replied to message sender was
whitelisted. Now one could do it by whiteRe but that whitelists
immediately.
