Hi Thomas, I am using Outlook 2013. Email::Outlook::Message is installed (just updated to 0.918). I save the e-mail I want to report as *.msg or *.eml (maillogExt=.eml) and send that as an attachment but it makes no difference, the content is detected as Swedish or Finnish. The same happens if I send the attached e-mail through Outlook Web App instead of Outlook.
