One thing i suggest is setting spfpValencePB to 0. Since SPF is very easily deployable negative bonuses on spf=pass can do more harm than good. The only SPF check that makes sense for me is BlockSPFStrict. I will also intentionally fail SPF softfails since softfail is logically unacceptable on production systems.
I don't know what other checks (helo, ptr, bombre, dcc) you have set on score but in this case you will need just a +1 to block this message. Give this message a run on the analyzer.
