Thanks Colin. I agree that it is probably caused by filename clashes in the corpus.
I have MaxFiles set to 20309. autoCorrectCorpus is set to 0.99-1.01-4000-14 Anything that I should tweek in particular? However I think that any tweeking will just reduce the likelihood of it happening, but it could still happen. IMO it should not be possible to happen. Thomas, is there anyway to make the filenames unique? Perhaps add a hash of the recipient’s email address to the end of the filename?
