not using poTestMode in this situation (multiple recipients) would be even
worse - email could get marked as spam for people that are even in
noprocessing. I think its better to pass through email because one of
(valid) recipients is noprocessing than to mark it as spam. I personaly
find poTestMode be more reasonable, sane option and is one of two reasons I
switched to assp 2.x (second is personal whitelists)
