There were 2 issues at work here but mosty as I discovery now blackRe is
aplied even is recipient is at processOnlyAddresses
If it is intended then description really could do with an improvement
because "If an incoming email matches this Perl regular expression it will
be strictly considered spam" is my vocabulary does not mean "noprocessing
is ignored for this test".
I tied using both blackRe and bombRe at the same time because I wanted to
score some expressions and block (or score very highly) other. Afaik
bombDataRe does not allow such functionality.

assp 2.4.1 blackRe did not bypass processOnlyAddresses
also assp comes with default blackre.txt which contains some words that are
used often in non-spam emails. Forcing this filter on non-processing users
by default is really bad idea.
