remove double slashes or backslashes from the command used to start assp
(possibly in service or daemon definition).
The next version will autocorrect double slashes or backslashes.

my last assp.pl.run was appearantly saved on 30.09.2015
i think after build 15272 this error started to appear, still existing
in latest build 16004.
