DMARC requires both 'DoDKIM' and 'ValidateSPF' - the resulting action on a
failed DMARC check, is the lowest configured action from both.
The DMARC check is a header check - so we do not have a 100% valid DKIM
result at this state.
The DMARC check collects all domains from DKIM signatures and compares
them to the DMARC domain - IMHO there was a correct DKIM signature in this
mail - but not for 'officevibe.com'.

If you set 'SPFLog' to verbose, assp will explain the DMARC result(s) in
the maillog.txt.

What did happen here? For some unknown to me reason dmarc under domain
officevibe.com whas checked (?maybe from header or mail from?)
DMARC: this mail breakes the DKIM rules defined in the DMARC record
for domain officevibe.com - 'adkim'=r check result='fail'
and test failed but email was not clasified as spam because of this at
all. Quite strange.
