If you change 'LogDateFormat' , the Blockreports will only work for future
times.
What I'm missing in the log output after 'info: BlockReport global
filter:' are the lines ...
info: searching in logfile ....
info: searching in logfile.....
info: searching in logfile.....
....
Even if the 'LogDateFormat' is changed and no lines will be found because
of this change, the files must be processed.
The output
>lines with 0.0B analysed in logfiles on host assp.epiinc.inet in 0
>seconds - running ASSP version 2.5.2(16100)
should be
lines with X B analysed in Y logfiles on host assp.epiinc.inet in Z
seconds - running ASSP version 2.5.2(16100)
The '0.0B' and the missing 'Y' count of files indicates that ASSP is
unable to get the files list. The Blockreporting uses the same procedure
like the 'Maillog Tail' to get the filelist, that's why I was asking for
it.
Do you use any symlink, hardlink or network filesystem for the 'logs'
folder or the files?
