fixed in assp 2.5.6 build 17103:
- RFC2231 UTF-8 encoded attachment file names caused a warning about "Wide
character" usage
"Warning: unable to encode string to base64 - Wide character in
subroutine entry at sub main::assp_encode_B line 4."
