I got the reason for this issue. It is not related to HMM. It happens if
the mail is shorter than MaxBytes and is blocked in any body check. The
final received [CR][LF].[CR][LF] caused the maillog routine to close the
logging before the following body check has set the SPAM result and the
related conditions (also the logging condition).
This will be fixed today.

I had a query yesterday relating to an email from Tuesday that was
blocked. The only check it failed was HMM & this should have been
collected but it was not.
I also had another query last week regarding the reasons for emails being
collected versus not. I didn't think too much at the time but may be
related too.
This was shortly after I updated & I believe there was a change relating
to collection recently aimed at fixing another condition that led to
copies relying on collection. It may be possible that this had introduced
a bug in the collection routine itself.
Look for that change in the release log, roll it back & see if you're
getting everything collected again.
