BTW: The SF dowload section contains several prebuild perl distributions.
They contain all required modules and binaries.

you. Should I anticipate ASSP differences with 5.26 of strawberry vs 5.20

I'm still running 5.20.x on my Windows box. The documentation is strongly
recommending 5.24. Questions:
1) What advantage would ActiveState 5.24 give me on a Windows box vs
5.20.x?
2) Are all modules now available for ActiveState 5.24?
