When ASSP 17244 starts up, after a restart of the system, I get:
Warning: can't open file 'c:/assp/tmpDB/files/AUTHErrors.sav' to load hash
(in loadHashFromFile)
Note that tempDB is a windows shortcut to a folder on a ramdisk. It was
suggested long ago that I use a ramdisk to improve performance. I've never
seen the error prior to 17244, but I was several versions behind.
Restarting without a machine restart doesn't result in the error. The
tempdb folder is empty at machine startup.
Should I be concerned with this warning? Did something change in code that
suddenly I'm getting it or is something else going on?
