fixed in assp 2.5.6 *Fortress* build 17276:
changed:
- On systems which supports the thread priority settings, some time
critical task are running faster (clean PBBlack, rebuildspamdb).

ps: I got a 50% better performance for the rebuildspamdb task - 1h -> 1/2h
