Yes - and it works like expected, also the GUI.

Group definitions could be used in any other configuration value where
multiple user names, email addresses or domain names or IP addresses could
be defined.

If you added a group to the file, you need to reload the GUI one time to
get all buttons.
'NoScan' is a NOGO as long as you don't produce or deal with viruses

I tried adding [MY-GROUP] to the file, but I would have expected the
shortcut links to the group to have appeared in the GUI under NoScan like
it does for NoProcessing when you have a group listed in the config.
If this isn't a feature for NoScan, could you please add that if it's not
too much fuss?
If it is a feature, what's the trick to have the shortcuts show up?
