FYI, I've run ASSP on various Windows boxes for the last 15+ years. I've
never noticed this happening, not even back in the days of Windows 2000,
I have always run ASSP's service as a separate user though. I don't know
if this info is particularly helpful to you, but figured I'd share. It
securing ASSP with a separate user account has the added benefit of
insuring the log files roll over, great!
