So, yes, I found the changelog that says MSOLE was added in AFC 4.74.  It
appears that general Excel files are being rejected.  Putting the :MSOLE
exception in, fixed this, but I'm worried that I don't understand what
we're trying to block with the MSOLE detection to know if this is a good
idea.  I do know that my users get a LOT of excel files and blocking them
unilaterally just isn't an option.
