Idle time will increment until it hits the 180 second timeout. We're on a nice and fast connection. I obvious can't speak to the speed of all of the incoming servers, but I know we have some servers out there that relay through ASSP that are showing the same thing. It might only occur when there's an attachment, or maybe it's must with 2mb+ emails. Win32, clamav, standard setup.
