I sent a followup message earlier this morning "Happening again: specific DNS query keeps hanging ASSP," but I don't see the message in my inbox. My apologies if this was received already.
I still have the problem with American Airlines mail that is sent through Silverpop Systems, causing ASSP workers to get stuck. This seems to happen looking for the text records (which don't exist) for _adsp._domainkey.mail2.bounce.spopessentials2.com or _domainkey.bounce.spopessentials2.com >From what I think I understand, ASSP is checking for these records to see if the message (which isn't signed) should be DKIM signed. The records don't exist, and the workers get stuck. This ONLY happens with these mails, no others. I'm afraid that a bug in ASSP makes workers vulnerable to be abused. Thanks Ken
