Sorry that I missed the dmarcreportfrom address.

If senders are going to use DMARC and ASSP cares, then I suggest we have
different options for quarantine vs fail.  If a sender is saying that a
message should fail if DMARC doesn't pass, then let's block it or give it a
higher score.  If it's only a quarantine, then use the SPF valance or a
separate DMARC valance.
