I've come across a problem a few times where entries in the whitelisted domains file seem to be ignored.
This has happened again today. Both live filtering & the analyser make no mention of whitelisted domains. They detect the mail as spam & remove the entry from the personal whitelist. These emails come from third party websites over which we have no control. The only common thing is the sender address begins noreply@ The messages pass spf but fail hmm and bayes. No other features report a problem in the analyser & there is nothing to indicate that any other setting is overriding the whitelist. Thoughts? All the best, Colin
