FYI, before testing this build in a staging environment, I ran one of the
blocked emails through analyze.  It doesn't complain about the bad reply-to
as I expected it to.  I'm wondering if analyze isn't looking at the same
header fields that the real processor does.  Is it only checking FROM and
not reply-to, or only displaying those results in analyze?  Or was it
already decoding the mime encoded reply-to?
