I don't see any issue for Senderbase. Notice - ironport is limiting the queries for a single connecting IP per day. I recommend to set 'enableWhois' to 'SenderBase first'.

This issue does somewhat closely coincide with a server migration, and an upgrade to Perl 5.30.1, so I'm trying to find out if there are pre-requisites or dependencies that I'm missing.
