Thank you for the report. The droplist downloads were working on my systems - how ever, the version txt file and the assp will have the changed download URL's in their next version.

I successfully updated the version.txt file to override with the secure urls, and got my droplists working again. But that no longer works when there are new assp versions and the version.txt file gets overwritten. So, check when your droplist.txt file was last generated. It likely has been quite a while since the last successful update.
