the feature looks for IP's and parts of IP's (normal, hex, IPv4 and IPv6) mixed, different separator, ordered and reordered in multiple way .....
and it's working like expected how ever: it's right that puniycode parts should be ignored for the check - this will be improved in the next release Thomas
