Yeah, I haven't gotten too far into the regex stuff yet, hence my longer
training times. Anyone recommend a good RegEx editor? I'm demoing
regexbuddy at the moment. I need something like that until I understand
how RegEx works.
SPF and RBL's are a decent start, though. Maybe I should just go that
route for new installs.

Agreed. I block much more with those than with Bayesian. With
those, you can quickly build a corpus to catch all the Bayesian variants
of what you might otherwise miss via blackRe/bombRe/scriptRe.
Its not magic though - a good default setup and good regex's are
key.

That was true in the old days))), today you can have a
reasonable
database in a week by just not using the bayesian filter
in the first
training stage and let the database built by rbl,spf,
