Ohh ok, I see.

One quick question then, wouldn't be better for the implementation of the 
menu, instead of being done with JS to be done using CSS?
I mean by using/emulating "position:fixed".

I had to do several web apps, and I have been using this fixes without 
problem, In fact it is quite easy to do, all you have to do is to enclose 
the content in one div and the menu in another, and that's all of it.
