Paul, Thank you much for your comments. I don't know much about Unix or Linux so I can't gear the documentation toward them. I hope someone who does can help me with the Unix or Linux aspects. I am learning Unix right now, but I am so busy that I am having trouble finding enough time to devote to Unix. Actually, I want to change over from a Windows Server farm to a FreeBSD server farm. I don't have any experience with Exchange. My experience is with MailEnable and Hmail. I figured the Spamtrap address was equivalent to what MailEnable calls the Honeypot address. Thank you on the correction about the port; I haven't even thought about firewalls or routers. I have a SOHO 2040 that I can configure to send SMTP requests that come in on port 25 to go to any port I want. I will adjust the documentation accordingly. I haven't written the install instructions yet; I plan on writing them after I get the configuration documentation completed; yes I know, a little backwards. Also, thank you for the diagrams.
