It sounds like you are getting blocked by the sourceforge.net spam filter.

You need to stay in test-mode and feed Bayesian ham to the notspam 
corpus.  I usually run in test mode for about a month before getting out 
of test-mode.  The Bayesian filter and a table of good/bad words that 
are calculated from the real messages going in/out of your 
organization.  ASSP's Bayesian database only knows what you "feed" it.

Something isn't right with your setup.  If it was sent to the (properly 
setup) redlist address, then ASSP should have intercepted and processed 
it accordingly - instead it thought it was a regular (local) email and 
saved a copy to the notspam corpus.
