I have all Delay options turned off. Today all my computers refused to send mail through ASSP .. they returned the delay message "... Try again later" ... I stopped and restarted ASSP (linux) ... no go same problem. I added the IP addresses to the nodelay.txt ... same problem. I edited the Delay message ... and it didnt take effect, so I think this is one of the built-in delay messages I see in assp.pl .. Still could not send mail from an authenticated IP thats been working for months. Even mailing from localhost was stuck !!!
Looking at maillog.txt all I saw were "disconnected" notifications ... no errors. Restarted assp.pl 2 more times .. no go. Finally I rebooted the server. Now it works ! any ideas ?
