Something is wrong then. Check your logs, turn on debug, and verify
what is happening during your test.

Actually i found after testing it, that it did.
I redlisted an external email address. (and confirmed it)
Then i sent from that email address to myself.
The email was tagged by the bayesian filter(i knew it would be)
and the message was added to the spam folder.
This is 100% reproducible for me.
