An idea for you:

I have the same issue here.  You might try to use the npRe to match on 
certain phrases to ignore.  Downside is that the NP=no additional 
processing - but at least your corpus doesn't get polluted.  I had 
serious email abuse issues with that at my current location, and still 
do - but npRe helps a lot.

OK, that was my recommendation - but there's what I actually do:  I use 
a separate script to search for spammy words and phrases in my ham 
corpus, and delete those messages.  That way, whitelisted or not, the 
pollution is removed.

I am going to look into modifying the redRe so it can be used similarly 
to not allow entry into the corpus (per a recent discussion on this 
list)  Although I already have an external script solution, I think this 
type of solution would be beneficial for many people.
