Hi,

            This one was a really long thread. I wrote the previous post
before reading the full thread.

            So, you have a machine with ASSP and MTA. Ok
            So this machine has several IPs. Ok
            So the MTA is listening with different profiles on each IP. Ok.
            So everything works, except for the return emails. Ok.
            So your MTA is not listening at 127.0.0.1

            Well, the issue is that last one. ASSP has no IP specified, so
it assumes as expected that the MTA is in the same machine, but as in return
email is unable to determine the inbound IP, then it defaults to 127.0.0.1.
            This should never be a problem, because if the MTA is in the
same machine, then it will be reachable at 127.0.0.1 as well.
            This happens in these situations:
                    * AdminReportMail
                    * forwardSpam
                    * ReturnMail
                    * When the inbound IP is (god knows why... but
happens...) '0.0.0.0'

            But that one is not your case. So in these situations it will
fail.

            I am really unsure, but I think there is no way at those subs to
determine the IP, at least when I wrote that patch I did not find anything.
            Then the question would be... why don't you listen with your MTA
at 127.0.0.1 as well? Is there a real reason for that?

            Regards!

Javier Albinarrate
