In the headers of the message, does the "X-Assp-Envelope-From:" header field
reflect the same address that you have whitelisted?  This is the real
sending address, and may be different from the displayed "From:" 
address.

Also, what other "X-Assp-" headers are present?  They should give you all
the details as to how the message was processed.

Finally, look in your spam corpus, find the false-positive message and run
it through ASSP's Analyzer page.  This also will give you information about
how/why it was processed.
