If I add the ‘[SPAM]:’ subject tag I add to caught email to the npRe, will the email interface ignore it? My assumption is yes, but wanted to make sure. My users cannot seem to get it through their head that they do not need to submit spam that is already tagged as such, and replying to them to clarify, even changing the subject to “READ THIS” and stating the correct procedure in 24pt red font doesn’t get their attention.. They just submit it again as spam. VERY FRUSTRAITING☺. It’s polluting the spam corpus.
