Reject All But Whitelisted Mail is not checked.
Yes I have setup the add spam, not spam, addresses as instructed and they are being used.

Most likely the answer is to configure it appropriately. ;-) Can you give us more details about your current configuration, so we can try to deduce where you misstepped? Are you taking corrective action and taking your false-positive spam and sending it back to ASSP via its EmailHam address?
