Thats perfectly normal.
Most installations take at least a week (at least) to get the bayesian
database properly.

How many spam/ham emails have you collected?
How often are you re-building the bayesian database?

I would not be too concerned about the bayesian for now.
Just focus on the other filters and once those have collected enough
spam turn the bayesian on.
If you have it(the bayesian filter) collecting email now you are only
making the problem worse by poisoning the corpus with legitimate
email.
