Perhaps you should grab 1.2.4(2) http://www.iworld.de/homes/fb/ASSP/057DE819-000F4555 Are the emails from the same server? What do they have in common? Perhaps starting assp from a console and letting it run that way will provide more information as to the reason for the crash.
