I'm referring to list servers behind ASSP and after running my own
tests, I have determined that you do, in fact, have to add these
addresses to your flat file if this is the method that you choose to
use.

Thanks for your thoughts and ideas,
Evans Martin

P.S. ASSP is beating the hell out of Declude both in stopping spam and
in the amount of time necessary to administer the system. I'm so glad I
took the chance and switched.

Are these list servers you are running behind assp or are these ones
you are subscribed to?

If they are ones you are running then i would imagine that yes you
would have to since they are local addresses and need to be treated as
such.

If you mean ones you are subscribed to, like this one for example,
then I would imagine not.

If I'm not mistaken the list works like a massive auto bcc.
We get messages from you addressed to the list, however there would be
a X-intended-For or something like that saying this message is for
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" for example. Thus the message is addressed to the
assp list but is delivered to your mailbox by your mail server.

However this is just me pulling thoughts out of my head, I'm not 100%
sure that you would have to or not.

Why not give it a test yourself?

Kevin
