Interesting, but slightly confusing. It seems 
he is implementing a type of delaying rather 
than blocking.  I believe he is also filtering 
if rDNS <> DNS lookups.

No, and he probably can't tell.  He says that 
he added whitelist entries when good mail was 
blocked, but there's no mention of a test mode 
like ASSP has.  :)
