Are you sending outgoing email through ASSP to use the auto-whitelisting function? You and your users can whitelist your entire address books at once, if you want to, using the whitelist email interface. > with almost nothing in the message. I see this often. For some reason, blank or almost blank messages, from non-whitelisted sources, commonly score high in the Bayesian testing.
