I was misunderstood  (or I wrote some BS)).

Status 3 is "write to Spam-Folder"

In order to  discard 
>Bayesian Non Spam 
, it should be empty (or 4 and filepath = empty)

Later on it may be ok to store  
>Bayesian Non Spam 
 into the "Not Spam Folder".
That can be accomplished by setting the status to 4 and the  filepath
of 
>Bayesian Non Spam 
 to "Notspam".
