We have been successfully running Exchange 2003/Server 2003 with ASSP
1.1.1 for several months. Suddenly, wednesday morning ASSP started
locking up everytime a spam report was sent to it. I ended up freezing
all messages being sent to our false spam domain (effectively preventing
exchange from sending any spam/notspam/whitelist reports to ASSP). I
couldn't find anything similar after some googling and I can't figure
out why it would suddenly stop working (Nothing has changed in regards
to ASSP, Exchange, or Windows Server 2003). I went ahead and upgraded
ASSP 1.2.5 in hopes that it would solve the problem, but it still causes
the same issue. There's nothing that appears to be of value in the logs
- I'm at a loss (and no exchange/assp guro by any means)...Does anyone
have an idea what would cause this or how to fix it?
