I have the problem with Net-DNS 0.58 and 0.59:

Windows 2003 Enterprise (Version 5.2.3790) (ver)
ActiveState Active Perl v5.8.8 build 817 [257965], built for
MSWin32-x86-multi-thread (perl -v)
ASSP runs as a service.  I only restart it when upgrading versions.
