i know you will hate me, but yes, i consider that Greeting Delay is a part 
of a good filtering strategy for 2007.

I will personally refuse connection with hosts not respecting the 3 seconds 
silence time, but i'm sure other ppl will just add some score to the PB.

right now the experimental setting does not help in filtering, but slows 
down assp. Or i have not understood the meaning of that option.
