Yes that is strange, that's not the way we work around here. From: "Fritz Borgstedt" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > I do not read him anymore. > > fritz Now that is sad. I don't believe any of us have pissed off Fritz to the point of ignoring our posts up till now, and we have tried! :o) Graziano, You seem like an intelligent individual and obviously are a proficient programmer. I see that you have not contributed to the ASSP project yourself. I suggest that you do so before asking for personal donations, since many programmers have worked on it much more than you know for many years to get it to the point that it is, for nothing, and you are benefitting from their work for free. The contribution page is here: http://sourceforge.net/project/project_donations.php?group_id=69172 If you mend your ways with Fritz and contribute your time and effort to the project and prove yourself, perhaps you could be added to the list of developers and then accept donations that way. To answer your question about LDAP, I don't believe ASSP cares what is providing the LDAP information. I have used OpenLdap on Win2k provided with our email server and now use MS Active directory LDAP. We have a script that generates a flat file that runs hourly for addresses not covered by our AD Ldap and use both to validate recipient addresses.
