This is the obvious answer.  To spell it out, ASSP has added headers on 
receipt of the spam coming in.  Add one of them that is added to both spam 
and ham to your noprocessing list.  Your MTA is also receiving the original 
email before forwarding to the alias address and is most likey adding a 
"received" header that is specific to your site that will also work as a 
regular expression.

I do this to combat this exact issue.
