You should let filters do what they are suppposed to - filter. Checking for 
known headers may key a spammer on how to get passed your filter.

However, ASSP does have a custom header function that you can use.

If running say SpamAssassin as well as ASSP, if an email comes from a 
whitelisted ip or domain or so forth, would it be tagged in any way that would 
tell SpamAssassin or similar to not process the message, and send straight to
