How do you figure? There are 2 totally different connections in that log snippet. ASSP did delay the first connection but the second was totally unrelated to the first. If you enable connection logging and show that there was a 3 min delay from the connection to the missing PTR record thats different and a real issue. But as far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with those logs you posted the messages were simply 3 min apart.
