I have since deleted my pbdb.black.db file, and it seems to be
repopulating properly.  But, I believe I have found another issue:

I am now seeing in the logs (since upgraded to (51) ) that if an email
is NP, it's session IP is automatically added to PB White *before*
analysis.  During the analysis, if it fails for SPF it is not getting a
PB Black score, and after the analysis it is not being removed from PB
White.
